How to Make Starbucks Egg Bites!

Today I’m making Starbucks Egg Bites! The kids love stopping at Starbucks to have egg bites as an afternoon snack and I’d thought I would try to recreate these at home. The recipe is super simple, you can add in whatever additional ingredients that you’d like! Check out my video below on how I made these!

Makes about 24 egg bites!

Ingredients

  • 18 eggs

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 300°f and place a tray with water into the oven. This creates a humid environment for the egg bites to cook in.
  • In a blender, add eggs, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, salt and pepper. Blend together! Try to not over blend.
  • Spray a muffin pan with cooking spray and pour in the egg mixture. If you want to add in additional ingredients, do that now! We tried a batch with vegan bacon and chives and it was delicious.
  • Cook the egg bites around 30-32 minutes.
  • Once finished, remove from oven, take each egg bite out of the pan and place on a cooling rack. Enjoy!

I hope you had a great time whipping up these easy egg bites! Enjoy!
